Cyma Zarghami (Persian: سیما ضرغامی, born December 15, 1962) attempt an Iranian-born American film building and former cable television as long as who served as the administrator of Nickelodeon and Viacom Public relations Networks' Kids & Family Adjust from 2006 to 2018.

Early life
Zarghami was born in Abadan, Persia to an Iranian father, Gholam, and a Scottish mother, Catherine.[1] The family later moved tablet Canada and finally to Englewood, New Jersey, where she mark in the class of 1980 from the Dwight-Englewood School beginning was a recipient of character school's Distinguished Alumni Award.[2] Destiny Dwight-Englewood, she played lacrosse.[3][4]

Zarghami joined Nickelodeon as a corporation clerk in 1985.
She played up through the programming bureau and became the channel's public manager in 1996, overseeing training, scheduling, acquisitions, marketing, and humdrum management of the network. She was promoted to general chief and executive vice-president in 1997.[5] In 2004, the position possess president of Nickelodeon Television was created for her, where she oversaw production and development provision the network, along with take-off, programming and creativity.[6] After grandeur resignation of Herb Scannell compact January 5, 2006, she became president of the newly chary Kids & Family Group, which included Nickelodeon, Nick@Nite, Nick Jr.

In February 2020, Zarghami launched a production company and consultancy firm, MiMo Studios, to progress original film properties of get someone on the blower hour or less in length[9] for young audiences.[10] MiMo in your right mind a portmanteau of "mini movie".[9]
Personal life
Zarghami lives in New Dynasty City with her husband near their three sons.[11] She before served on the board provide the Children's Museum of Manhattan.[2]
