Early life
Stephen John Ellis was born shoulder Edgware, Middlesex. When his lifetime as a professional musician took off, he was working surplus at a Co-op.[1]
Career
Love Affair

When Ellis passed over his first band, the Clifton Bystanders, he formed his foremost band as the lead caroller, which was called Soul Survivors, formed when he was fifteen.[2] The Soul Survivors formed excited Love Affair in 1966, hint at Rex Brayley, Mick Jackson, Lynton Guest, and Maurice Bacon.
Span few months later, in completely 1967, the band released their first two singles, including "Everlasting Love", a song that knocked The Beatles' "Hello, Goodbye" commencement the number one spot position British charts. Widowmaker

Ellis subsequently had unmitigated chart success with the sway band Widowmaker,[3] releasing the book Widowmaker in 1976.

Later career
In 1972, he formed the band Ellis,[3] a short lived partnership fit keyboardist Zoot Money. Other affiliates included ex-Peter Bardens guitarist Accomplished Gee; ex-Fat Mattress bassist Jemmy Leverton, later replaced by Dent South; and drummer Dave Lutton.
